Before you call.
How fast does the truck reach?
Inside the city, usually 20 to 45 minutes depending on traffic and where the nearest truck is. The live link shows the real ETA; we do not guess on the phone.
Do I pay before or after?
After. The price is agreed on the call, the truck comes, and you pay at the drop by UPI, card or cash. A receipt lands on WhatsApp.
Can the car go to my own mechanic?
Yes. Any workshop or your home. If you want a CarYaar Service Partner, we book it in the same call and the tow fee shows on the service bill.
What about the Expressway and the ghats?
Covered at the same prices, with the highway charge listed on the rate card. Stand behind the barrier and keep the hazard lights on; the driver calls you before the toll.
