- Automatic and AWD cars, which cannot be dragged on two wheels
- Low cars, sports cars and anything under 12 cm of clearance
- Accident cars, seized wheels, cars that will not start or roll

- Manual cars that roll, inside the city, under about 10 km
- Loads in two minutes in a tight lane where a flatbed cannot turn
- Not for automatics, AWD, or anything with a damaged axle

A GST invoice comes with every tow, in the name you give on the call, so an insurance towing allowance can be claimed with it. Long tows and the ghats are quoted on the call from the same rate card.

Before you call.
Can I ride along?
Yes, one or two people in the cab. Pets in a carrier. Take your documents and valuables out of the car before it is loaded.
Does the tow go to a CarYaar workshop?
Only if you ask. Your own mechanic, a dealer or your home are all fine. If you choose a CarYaar Service Partner, the tow is booked in the same call and shows on the service bill.
What if the car is in a basement or a tight lane?
Say so on the call. A wheel-lift or a winch-out comes first, and the flatbed waits at the road. Winching is quoted on the call.
Will my insurance pay for it?
Most comprehensive policies carry a towing allowance; the GST invoice we send is what the insurer asks for. We cannot bill the insurer directly yet.
