Each service starts from a base price. A tow is priced by the car, in the ladder below.

A GST invoice comes with every tow, in the name you give on the call, so an insurance towing allowance can be claimed with it. Long tows and the ghats are quoted on the call from the same rate card.
Prices you can hold.
The flatbed price depends on the car, not on how stuck you are. These are base prices: the partner who takes the job can vary them, and you hear the final figure before the truck moves. Night, highway and waiting are listed here, not discovered later.
