What if the battery is gone?
We say so on the spot. A jump cannot save a battery that is gone, so the car is towed to a workshop instead, and the tow price is confirmed before the truck moves.

In a parking lot, at a signal or at the roadside, in the cities and on the corridors we cover. Send a pin on WhatsApp so the mechanic finds the car.
Do I need jump leads or a second car?
No. The mechanic comes with the right kit; you only need the car's key.
When do I pay?
After the job, by UPI, card or cash. The price is agreed on the call before anyone moves, and the receipt lands on WhatsApp.
